- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They overbook their patients and then force them to wait more weeks. I'm extremely angry my child had 3 people put in front of him after he waited 2 weeks to be seen and they simply don't care. If I was 2 hours late, they would REFUSE to see me but I have to wait 2 hours in the parking lot? NO! Stop overbooking your patients!
